Consumer Protection

Assistance with debt problems resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, fair debt collection practices, debt collection lawsuits, Chapter 7 bankruptcies and more.

Mobile Home Issues

Assistance with issues related to mobile home, sales, contracts, financing, warranties, and more

Care Facilities and Patient Rights

Assistance with issues resulting from poor quality of care and treatment or no freedom of choice to make
your own.

Social Security Benefits

Assistance with issues related to retirement benefits, spousal benefits, widow’s or widower’s benefits, and disability benefits.

Medicare and Medi-Cal Health Insurance
